Shopping Terms

Simple rules for shipping, exchanges, privacy, payments, and account usage at ORNAVYAA.

Shipping Policy

Orders above Rs. 999 qualify for free standard shipping. Standard delivery is estimated at 3 to 7 working days after order confirmation.

Exchange Policy

Products can be exchanged within 7 days if unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Privacy Policy

Account details, wishlists, and order history are stored in the ORNAVYAA database so each customer sees their own saved items and order status.

Payment Policy

The checkout page stores orders for admin review. It does not process real payments or connect to a payment gateway.

Terms of Use

Product images, pricing, and order fulfillment are demo content and should be connected to production systems before launch.
